Not calling anyone's team or conference out. Has there been a change in the offense and defense guard? It seems like many teams are killing it offensively. Many made fun of Big XII and no defense. Then, the score of LSU and Bama. Then Auburn and Bama. The Michigan and tOSU game. Tons of offense. What is best defensive mind in the game these days?

Probably Venables.

Been really thrilled with what Dan Lanning has done for our defense, but he's a rookie and doesn't have the track record, but I think it was a home run hire. Unfortunately, same can't be said for James Coley as OC.

Used to the saying was good defense beats good offense. Just not the case anymore.
