But the land we just won would belong to Notre Dame, not us. So why would we care if Notre Dame gets more land.Unless you're called MSU or ISU

Lots of Cyclown up there..
Well for starters, teams need to start with the right territory, and they didn't.I really don't understand why the concept of this map is so confusing? Or why people want to make that even worse.
If football were invading armies you just think of it as when you have no land you are roaming armies until you win a war with someone that has land. Then that land is yours. Even if you have lost every war up to the end of the season. You can always finish with land as long as you beat someone else that has some. It really isn't that complicated is it?
How would you start the season with the right territory, in your opinion? The most fair way to do it would be the closest FBS school. Like who should get northern Michigan, Alaska, Maine, Vermont, Montana, etc?Well for starters, teams need to start with the right territory, and they didn't.
Secondly, the methodology here gives more value to early season wins, since you only win territory by beating an undefeated team.

They didn't even get their own county? That does seem weird.Only real beef I have is that undefeated Miami still has no land in south Florida for some reason.
Correct. The only good part of that version is the national champs would own almost everything.Georgia would get any land coming to Notre Dame in this scenario, right?
Hand that shit over, bech.

Well UCF probably has a higher attendance for their games so...Unless it's just too small for my declining eyesight to see, they don't. I think they were forgotten about after the hurricane fucked up their schedule and UCF got credit for beating whatever mid major it is right down the road from them.
