what is stupid or not true with his comment/prediction?

Fresh off a nine-game winning streak, it's worth noting that the Brewers actually had a nine-game winning streak last April. They ended up 74-88 on the year. While I definitely think this year's Brewers team will be better and I still like them as a sleeper playoff pick in the NL, this serves as a good reminder to not go crazy with loving/hating teams this early.

I thought his comment towards the Brew Crew was quite optimistic. Saying a chance at a playoff spot when you play in the Red Birds division is a huge compliment in my eyes.
