I mean, that's no guarantee of a title, especially if the Warriors are still intact. But it would be a damn competitive team that could certainly give the Warriors a serious run for their money.

Not sure where Lebron could go that would give him any better shot? Maybe Miami?

I don't know if they can seriously threaten GS, but I think it would potentially be better than what he has in Cleveland. Of course, this all depends on how Ball and Ingram develop.

And she's also pretty famous, so it was a huge story.

Everyone on the team hated his guts and no one in the league wants him in their locker room which is why the Lakes could only get Lopez and a 27th pick for him.

They'd tried getting a lotto pick but no one was interested.

The Celtics are coming up. Also, getting to the Finals doesn't really matter. You still have to beat the Warriors. If they are good enough to do that, those other teams won't be a problem.

To everyone, the next 2 titles are the Warriors. Smart teams will make moves to compete for the 2020 title. leBron of course has to hurry as he's not getting any younger. But the Lakers could be exactly where he has a shot if they get George and their youngsters pan out.

End of the day, barring something drastic, Lebrons days of winning rings are pretty much over. It's not likely that he can get what he needs in Cleveland to get them past the Warriors. So, if he stays in the East, he's just looking at getting beat in the NBA finals instead of the conference finals. lol
