Indy is an odd team though.... They were gifted a game when the Kubiak drama happened before being destroyed by the Rams. And then they looked a little uneven against the Fitzy led Titans. They just haven't played all that great lately.

Luck is a gamer though.... That guy can play.

He's much better than his stats look at the end of the game.

he has those game where he's 22/39 for 250 yds but when you watch him he's making all pro plays.

He makes big plays at big times. That run he had for a TD the other night wasn't awe-inspiring, but it was incredibly smart. He somehow knew not to throw the pass and he took off at just the right time. He has incredible instincts.

Unfortunately for them, the NFC is stacked and they have to get past the 49ers. Almost the only way to insure a playoff spot is to get to 11-5. 10-6 may not cut it.

They've got the tiebreaker over the Carolina and Detroit which could come in handy..

I'm sold on Carolina's defense, but I won't consider them a playoff lock until they beat NO..

I think it might be tough for Arizona to tie Carolina given they're 1 loss behind. They have a pretty tough schedule remaining. St. Louis is playing great right now. @Seattle, and then SF is never easy to finish off the season.

The rest of the season will be interesting. Next week:

SF vs. St. Louis
Carolina vs. Tampa Bay (who is also playing much better)
Arizona @ Philadelphia

The Cards schedule is ridiculously tough. They still have to go to Seattle and Philly and they have home games with the Niners and the Rams (who have suddenly become quite formidable). Not a fun year to be in the NFC.
