It'll be interesting to see where everyone ends up. I still don't see the Spurs sending Kawhi to the Lakers. But I'm not good @ playing the guessing game. Trading him to help a conference rival rebuild doesn't sound very good for the Spurs.
The Cavaliers sure won't get him.

I was speaking in general of the OKC fans. They really had a college atmosphere working when Russ and KD had the team clicking. They found out soon enough that the pro game is money first, winning second for 99% of the time.
These superstars just follow the money.

Right that's why Durant took less to go to Golden State, Kawhi wants out of where he can get paid the most, and Cousins is playing for $5 mil

Can save $91 M this year by stretching him. It will happen.

You sure its a certainty? I read an albiet confusing tweet a few days ago that had a lot of numbers in it but the gist of it was if they stretch him, it could actually hurt the team long term. It would be split up to 9 mil per year for like 3 years and with all of OKC's other contracts, that still leaves them at the tax line and making it extremely hard to add talent to their team because adding any player with even an average salary will push them over again.

The situation basically boils down to stretch him, save tax money, but you're basically stuck with no way to improve for 3 years

or

Eat the money this year and have more freedom for the following 2 to 3 years.

Yes I’m positive, they save $91M on this year’s tax bill by cutting and stretching him. It’s going to happen, good riddance.

Sad that you have no idea what you're talking about? Yeah I guess so.
You regurgitate nonsense on a regular basis in this forum so maybe you should take a break.

I read they're still working with Melo on potential trade options too. But they've notified Melo that one way or another he won't be apart of the team next year.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

The only thing Melo would be hired to do is to clean up the arena after everyone left.

It'd be pretty funny if the league REQUIRED the Ws to sign him, for that reason. Plus they need to make Lavar Ball an assistant coach.
