I don't think I've ever liked a player with a .228 career batting average as I do with Haggerty. Dude is just scrappy and as you said he gives 110% in everything. I really hope he sees success.I like the energy and enthusiasm Haggerty brings to the game.
110% all in on everything he does.
Quite a few players around the league could learn alot from the way he plays the game.
Not the most talented .... but you are gonna get everything he has in the tank each night.
I just said don't throw a strike. He is calling everything outside. Don't throw a strike!!!
Reached that magical 5 run number again. Good things usually happen when you push that 5th run across.Nice comeback win. You know Castillo is an Ace when he pitches 5 innings and gives up 3 runs and it is considered an off game. Love it.

Mariners..would have.an awesome..dh..if they.would.At least the Seattle Times doesn't sugar coat their coverage of the Mariners.
The Mariners have MLB’s worst DH situation so far. Can it be salvaged?
Too early in the MLB season to panic? Perhaps, but this much is obvious: The Mariners’ revolving-door plan at designated hitter isn’t working.www.seattletimes.com
Mariners rank in bottom third of MLB in every major statistical hitting category
The Mariners are hitting just .228 and in the 19 games they've played, they've scored three or fewer runs in nine. Those numbers put them in the bottom third of MLB.www.seattletimes.com
