Migraines seriously suck. Some of my friends get them and I feel for them. I've been told by some that if you sit on the edge of the tub with your feet in warm water and put an ice bag on your neck, blood gets naturally drawn away from the pounding brain and gives relief. I've never had to try it, but I just though I'd pass it along.

Actually, I taken medication called Relpax and it is the only thing I have ever found that works. The only problem is that it makes me goofy(er). Well worth the trade though even if I can't drive.
