But my stupid kid cracked her stupid head open today jumping on her stupid bed, and I spent 5 stupid hours at the stupid hospital waiting for a couple of stupid stitches. She's fine, thankfully, but it kind of messed plans up. We had company over, and basically left them alone in the house all that time. My wife went back for a few hours to get dinner organized, andcancel tomorrow's skiing, but our guests basically cooked dinner for themselves and us. They had a lovely visit while I was away though, watched my TV, played my guitars, played on my pool table, etc. I'm told I was a gracious host

Kid is okay though, which I guess is the main thing.
Stupid kid.
