Gruden likes two pass catching Te's he only has one on the roster right now.

So you saying a pass catching TE would be worth more that a legit WR you could put any place on the field?

top notchWRs are always valued higher than TEs. That's why they make more money. QB, WR, OLB, CB are the most valuable players on a team.

u guys already anointed Benjamin as legit and top notch. if he is as good as you think he is why isn't he a top 10-15 pick? This is not Watkins or Evans here. I wouldn't be surprised if Gruden takes a TE like Amaro or Jenkins.

In most years he would be. There just happens to be a glut of very talented WRs coming out this year.

Let me ask you honestly Dean, even if he is drafted in the 2nd round... and Im just going to stay inside the Division for a moment... would Benjamin not be a top 3 WR on every other team in the NFC East?? The only reason he isnt a top 15 pick is because there are better WRs in this draft. Why isnt Moses a top ten pick?? or Kojo, or Filo??? Because there are players that are better, and because a team that NEEDS a QB is not likely to take the WR. And if it is deemed we NEED an OT more, I expect them to take the mulligan and draft an OT at 34 even if Benjamin is there at 34.

Yes b/c the other NFC east team depth charts for WR's is a joke. What does that mean? With his size and skills he should be the 3rd WR taken in this draft behind Watkins and Evans. Evans has basically the same measurable and he is a top10 pick why isn't Benjamin? I think he is over rated. People are using his size as a scapegoat. He is not legit. He is not top notch. When guys likes Becham, Cooks, and Lee get drafted ahead of him shoulnt that cause concern?

The Skins could take a RT,OLB, CB, or TE, over a WR not just a RT. Enough with this mulligan term b/c its highly possible they wait on a RT until the 3rd round.

I may have to make a retraction on a stance I previously held. IF Nix, Hageman, Tuitt and the OT's we've been raving about are gone. I think the FO will gamble on Benjamen. I think we can get Borland or another suitable ILB in the 3rd.
I'm kinda thrown off by all the ILBs we have on the roster and that we haven't cut bowen. He won't see the field much, but when he does, it should be to move the chains, in the red zone or simply as a decoy. He'll be able to improve his speed and quickness, and gain confidence and experience. Our stack and bunch sets would be devastating!

Its also possible they don't draft a RT at all. Just depends on who is available when their picks come up. Contrary to what you believe, Polumbus was not terrible last year. Could we upgrade? Yes. Do we have to upgrade? No. In my opinion, C and G are much more pressing needs. That is where most of the pass protection broke down last year. I am not overly impressed with our FA acquisitions/moves in the interior line. We still need to upgrade.

RT at 34 is a Mulligan, TE is a pick that screams Jerry Jones to me. I could see CB, and as far as OLB.. .the only reason I see taking one as high as the 34th pick is if they truely dont expect to keep Rak.
