Okay, the VERY BEGINNING music of this song before the singer sings. That is about the same sound in the breakdown/climax (near the song's closing) of this song I'm finding.

The bridge of the song has that beginning music but at a little of faster pace and less lively. But the only person that will know what I am talking about is someone who lived through 70s and 80s metal.

She's a friend of mine, and a local bay area girl...I've known her since the early 80's from the LA punk & club scene when I lived down there.
Trust me, the early Motels put out some pretty crazy punk type stuff, and she was sort of wild back then before they went full mainstream in the mid to late 80'S. I still have some of their early demos on cassette...lol

That's cool. I saw the Reuniting the Band show a while back for the Motels.
