Trey Smith is a starter and yes he had clotting problems in 2018 but if he is over them he would of been a replacement for Scherff
you dont get over that , and again i am not going to lose sleep on 4-7 round picks . most never get a 2nd contract , all have warts and the ones that do make it are normally career BU's

i have my LS problem fixed for a decade or more

History would say you do not have your LS fixed. I showed you that.

Couldnt you just draft a center here for depth at center and LS .. LS must be hard to do idk
An NFL caliber long snapper is hard to do. It is not only about accuracy but about speed too. It has to be to the holder or punter in a certain amount of time to help prevent blocks.

Got to throw the Special Teams coach a bone every once in a while. Aint mad at the pick. Overall a B grade on this draft, and we have seen what a shitty LS can do to a team

I will say this about our board.

When a LS thread garners 24 posts, you have an active board.

Thank God for you guys, especially those I disagree with, because I would be bored out of my mind in quarantine without you.

No...I am in literal quarantine. We are required to stay in a hotel room, no leaving, for two weeks before we can travel to Guyana and fly.

We may not agree on Aaron Rogers, but I agree with you, at the very least Cheese ball would have been there in the 7th.
Unless cheese head has some film that's elite, i totally don't get the pick.

I don’t know...after having been able to avoid people for so long, you sure you want to deal with humanity again?

This last stint at home. We had new siding put on and I painted the inside. I also did lots of yard work. Kinda needed a vacation in quarantine.

Get the feeling my job is going to go to a 3/2 or 4/1 schedule when ever the office reopens. SO I still get to do the staff meeting in PJs NOt having to order groceries would be nice

Hopefully you will all get out more soon. I received my 2nd shot April 24. I wasn't going far but out to eat once in awhile. Last Saturday went to meet new lady friend in Richmond. We went to a Mexican place for lunch and an Irish pub or a couple of beers. We are both vaccinated. It felt good.

Looks like one of the easier jobs in the NFL but is not. A LS typically has a body type that is flexible, can create torque, can run fairly well and tackle shifty returners. Most are either LB body types or former LB's who have converted to LS only. To be precise on punts and FG's/Xpts you must have developed great technique and longevity doing so. These guys typically are out before practice and after practice either perfecting the craft or creating chemistry with holder and kicker. To find a great snapper who can field punt returns and have the ability to "get down the field" quickly and assist with tackling would be awesome. I liked Sunberg but he was a very avg athlete and didn't make many tackles on ST. He rarely had any bad snaps though which is ultimately what you want out of your LS.

Was it a money thing with Nick? Was his performance poor, he was doing great things in the community, why was he let go?
