I don't give a shit either. There are alot of reasons why Cam should or should not be the starter 1st game.I don't think we'll ever know what exactly happened. Frankly speaking, I don't give a flying shit. If the Pats approved the visit(which they supposedly did) then they should've informed Newton of the exact protocol. If they didn't, that's on them. If they did and Newton still went off the reservation then I see no reason to believe why Mac Jones will not be our starting QB week one.
p.s. on another post you mentioned something about Newton dancing or whatever at practice. I'm sick of that fucking shit. IMO it shows he's not all that confident in himself.
I don't give a shit either. There are alot of reasons why Cam should or should not be the starter 1st game.
I see this as being way down the list.
I could give a shit whether he's dancing or not, even further down the list.
We agree on your 1st point. That I would put high on the list of reasons for Cam not to be a starter. Might even be a good reason for him to not be in the QB room. Maybe should not attend team meetings in person.Disagree on the first point. If Cam isn't going to get vaccinated and is going to do risky shit then he's a risk to the team forfeiting a game and I'd personally add that to the list of reasons to not only start Mac over him, but cut his ass.
Regarding the dancing, I give a shit about that too. He's suppposed to be a leader that the other players look up to. He should be focused on not throwing game ending int's or game ending fumbles. That's where his focus should be. Maybe I'm also just being a crotchety old man but I look at him doing that shit and I'm embarrassed for him.
statement of the day and what i love about BBI don't give a shit either. There are alot of reasons why Cam should or should not be the starter 1st game.

Thankfully, we have a coach that is concentrating on getting this team ready instead of trying to convince reporters or crotchety old men that he should lay all his cards on the table because they want to know!
HIPPA is between health care professionals, Patients, and insurance.Ken. Are you aware of HIPPA?
Do you understand that BB can't talk about players medical treatment just because some old dude wants to know?
Go read the National Enquirer!
You try to hard to read between the lines and cannot admit when you read incorrectly.
Although HIPAA doesn’t apply to non-covered entities, these companies still have a legal obligation to protect the confidentiality of employee health information in their possession under the US Privacy Act of 1974 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as well as state-level regulations relating to data protection.HIPPA is between health care professionals, Patients, and insurance.
Employers are nowhere in that circle. HIPPA does not apply to them.
True that HIPPA as the standard is incorrectly applied, but the intent applies. It's a slippery slope for employers discussing employee medical concerns.HIPPA is between health care professionals, Patients, and insurance.

I realize I am the one splitting hairs this time but the US Privacy Act clearly states;Although HIPAA doesn’t apply to non-covered entities, these companies still have a legal obligation to protect the confidentiality of employee health information in their possession under the US Privacy Act of 1974 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as well as state-level regulations relating to data protection.
Again, I realize I am the one splitting hairs this time.True that HIPPA as the standard is incorrectly applied, but the intent applies. It's a slippery slope for employers discussing employee medical concerns.
You're splitting hairs on a bald man.I realize I am the one splitting hairs this time but the US Privacy Act clearly states;
...establishes a code of fair information practices that governs the collection, maintenance, use, and dissemination of information about individuals that is maintained in systems of records by federal agencies.
What Cam's reason and who he visited is probably not something of a concern of federal agents. But who knows. Julia Childs was a spy right?
ADA?
Yeah, no.
As this relates to Cam.You're splitting hairs on a bald man.
I can guarantee that releasing medical information on a person without their concent is illegal.
You can't even release employment information on an employee without their consent, except to say they worked there.
ADA? If a person has a disability, you cannot disclose that information without consent.
You can refuse to disclose it to your employer. I did when I worked for federal government.
Note: I had a teammate on the job who could not work at all. Our boss was being sniped about because he would not "do something"
It was clear he could not talk about it.
When I left Japan, I broke my contract by disclosing my wife's disability. My boss demanded proof.
Orders came down signed by the General. He told my Colonol that allowed me to leave.
OK. I'm done. If I cannot convince you that Cam's employer cannot disclose his private information without his consent, it's on you.As this relates to Cam.
The ADA does not relate to Cam in this instance.
Tell me what disability Cam could have that he could possibly be still playing football with?
Deaf? We would know already.
Blind? We would know already.
Bad shoulder? We already know.
Poor decision making skills? We know that already.
Don't go away angry...OK. I'm done. If I cannot convince you that Cam's employer cannot disclose his private information without his consent, it's on you.
The Dark Lord plays the injury reports like a poker game. The NFL rules basically say that if a player is sick or injured, that must be disclosed. So, BB plays by the letter of the law and discloses everything, whether serious or not. Brady always had some injury and was listed as "questionable."Does Bill not put people on the weekly injury report for the whole world to see?
Yeah, I had to go to a special class to learn to teach HIPPA properly to clients.Ken. Are you aware of HIPPA?
Do you understand that BB can't talk about players medical treatment just because some old dude wants to know?

Players sign a release for valid reasons. They are limited. If Cam is getting care that the team is aware of and there is no "need to know"Don't go away angry...
Again, I know I'm splitting hairs and it depends on what the medical issue is, and if it could affect his play on the field/ his potential for harm to himself or others, his betting line in Vegas, Trade value etc.
If he has HIV and gets a finger through the face mask that causes him to bleed on team mates or opponents, do they have the right to know?
If he has a heart condition, Does the NFL want to know?
If his knees are almost gone, does Vegas want to know?
If he has a Asian massage girl in Florida that does acupuncture on his shoulder...do the cops want to know?
What if he is getting a tatoo removed from his ass? Do you want a picture? Believe me, there are people here who do!
I've been missing those quips...I'm not going to lie..... I'd look.
