Booker is all business. Probably not the smartest thing to say it out loud but as a fan, I love his attitude. Also props to CJ for handling it like a professional. I continue to be so impressed with how this team deals with things. The Broncos way.

Maybe you are right. My thought was that Bibbs and Thompson were already on the bubble. But Hillman is the one whose role is going to be diminished. IMO he's primarily an insurance policy if one of CJ or Booker gets injured.

I know the NFL broadened its PS requirements, but I don't think Thompson or Bibbs are PS eligible - if that is true then the Broncos will have to carry 3 RBs on the roster (not including a FB) and have no one on the practice squad who figures to know the offense well.

Hillman already knew - with CJs contract that CJ was going to get the bellcow snaps. I agree Booker will also subdivide the snaps available to Hillman, but his legs fresh later in the season might be very useful.

Possibly but the Broncos are in a very good situation at RB this coming season. I also hear Montee Ball was going to take C.J.'s job and that didn't turn out so well. Booker or C.J. doesn't matter as long as they get the job done. Peace.

What the heck, I've already proclaimed P. Lynch a future HOFer. To make another too-soon, over the top prediction, Booker and C.J. are gonna both be over 1,500 yards this year. It's my right as a fan of the reigning champs to make any outrageously bold prediction I like.

Make it 33. Add in an extra, opening night sack of Baby Cam. And, for good measure, let's say a 20+ sack season for Shane Ray.

Well if the Raiders' QB Carr can say that Mack will get 30 sacks in this upcoming season then I don't see why we can't say that Miller will get more!
