for me, I hoped for more but wasn't buying in until more games had been payed. It was durability, accuracy, arm strength and bigger sample size of game tape

QB White came in and played his butt off for the Jets this past week. Was that because White is that much better than TH? Those Jets knocked off the Bengals and Joe Burrow. I'm not saying TH is the answer, he is not. Coaching/play calling is a large part of his ineffectiveness as are his short comings as a player.

I may be an outlier, but I think that if TH learns to throw with anticipation, he could be pretty good in the league.

Montana didn't have a cannon for an arm. Neither did Alex Smith who had good years before he got hurt.

One can succeed in baseball as a pitcher without a cannon for an arm, or as a qb if they are superior at other intangibles: control, anticipation, etc.

TH is currently not that. I hope he gets that, because he does have superior moxie.

A groin injury does take time to heal, can't remember one taking from the time he signed his FA contract into November and still not ready.
