How did i fail to comprehend that...

The playoffs comes down to star power more than fit. My list has the better stars...

The raptors had greath chemistry and fit. No what they didn't have? The star...As soon as they got that they won. Before that they lost. It is the star at the end of the day.

Ok I’ll play but only because I think you need the edumacation..

When the Raptors got that piece/star you need to mention he’s one of the best defenders in the game.

Why does that matter?

Again, getting stops.. it’s not just about him being a star, it was the final piece to the puzzle on defense just as much as offense. That Raptors team defended the paint just as good as I’ve seen from any team in the past 10 years or so

The playoffs are about getting stops, controlling the majority of the game and executing on offense. Point blank

What I do know is that your team listed above has the two most ball dominant guards in the history of the game, and little shooting off the ball aside from George. Harden is a spectator off the ball and Russ and Giannis can’t shoot.

So I can use common sense to say that those pieces would not fit very well.

Now if it were an actual NBA team?

They would still win because of a massive talent advantage. But I don’t think it is beating another team of stars that do fit well together like the 90s group.

Also, 1 major reason why you can’t do this with current era players is because there is a decent chance at least 1 or 2 of those guys finish with titles. 1 probably gets it this year.

Gimme your thoughts on Stockton vs Westbrook matchup.

I kind of want Team video game to pop off first tho

Westbrook wins the battle with better stats.

Stockton wins the war with a team victory.

oh yeah, forgot about that.

substitute Mark Price for Kidd

Good selection. He's a bit of an underrated PG. Had some solid seasons w/ the Cavs. Wish he could have somehow ended up in Boston at some point during his prime.

He played like 9 games for the Wizards.

Had his brother Brent too.

That was fun.

Had to look his stats up. After the Wizards he played for the Warriors & Magic. Led the league in FT% for the '96-'97 season.

He was also one of the best offensive players in the game...In fact his offensive rating is higher than his defensive rating

Everyone on that list is flawed, hence the reason it's a no chip group of players

Offense is just as important as defense. Being better at defense and worse at offense it not a benefit. Also being less athletic is a hinderance on defense. You never even made a list...

Don't be stupid i know it's hard for you...

No.

You need both.

You can’t win without 1 star.

But having 4 that don’t fit isn’t as good as having 2 that do.

Do you have any proof of 4 stars not working or fitting?

Wade and LeBron didn’t fit very well:

It is why they only won 2 instead of 4

Not saying that group would not win against other normal teams. Saying it would not beat a better balanced group of slightly less talented stars.

It is common sense.

Ball dominant nonshooters aren’t going to fit as well as a pass first PG, a shooter, a slashing wing a 2 skilled bigs.

And those guys didn’t ever win because they had this guy named Michael Jordan in their way.

Maybe you have heard of him?

Ball dominant pg's are often more skilled and better than pass first pg's. Many pass first pg's are pass first because that is their only option.

Westbrook is the only non-shooter on my list and he makes it up with his all around game. How many of those players averaged triple doubles?

Maybe some of the ball dominant pg's didn't win because of a guy name Lebron James?

Maybe you heard of him?

Only won 50%...= doesn't fit well

And i said a team with 4 stars...Not 2
