So what's the deal with Arians/Cards anyways? Did he leave on bad terms or something because you'd think he may want back with a franchise he's familiar with/they'd be happy to have him back/etc.

Probably because the run ended and both sides agreed it was time to move on. There is no going back after moving on.

I remember Palmer did the same thing to us with fake retirement ploy. Obviously it's a lack of communication / incompetence going on. But I don't know anything about the Cardinals.

Winston's going 2-2 against the NFC West? 3-1 against the AFC South? 2-0 against NYG and Detroit? He thinks his defenses will fight for him against these offenses on the schedule? TB will have to beat Arizona, Jacksonville, Tennessee, NYG, and Detroit to have any chance at upsetting someone?

Arians is a good coach, but the guy needs to relax, enjoy the game ... I would get a little worried sometimes seeing him on the sideline, face turning red, blood pressure rising.... Health is number one...
