Per a few places now, he will have to have surgery and is done for the year. Terrible news for him and the team. I'm no doctor, but if it is a foot sprain worthy of this, I am thinking the same situation that JGW had...

I've heard he could be out for the season, and I've also heard that he could also be back in a couple games. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what the official word is and hope for the best.

When is the last time a team, let alone a D, lost two starters to a linsfranc sprain. I'd never even heard of that until JGW's. WTF? This sucks.

SHIT! Hope Rivers and maybe even Tyler are ready to step up. VT has done a decent job of replacing starters so far.. stupid linsfrancs. Taylor was having such a great season too.

Taylor is one of the best we've ever had. Huge loss. I hope the guys behind him at ready to step up. Rivers has done it before (hope he can handle the added time) and Tyler played well at the end of the year last year...

But losing two LB's and a DT for the year. Wow. Bad luck. Our offense is going to need to win a game (again - see Miami) before the season is over (maybe the ACCCG?)

Horrible news. He was our best but the good news is there is an experienced veteran who can step in and lead the D. I reallllly hope our offense shows up early against Duke so we can get some starters off the field fast and give them some rest. That bye week is looking very inviting for us now. And a couple ice bathes

Wow, that sucks. He's a great player and you can't really replace him. That said, I'd like to see Tyler more. I've got a good feeling about him after seeing him play a couple of games late last year. He seemed like he had great LBing instincts and really all he needed was game experience.
