1> Never were the lines even close to "tied up". Police asked people to 'not tie up lines'. Big difference.
2> Wow. Fans in a hockey city actually care about a hockey issue. MOVE THEM TO PHOENIX A.S.A.P.
Oh and BTW. I'm laughing my ass off at any Boston fans mocking Montreal hockey fans.
As recently as 5 years ago the Bruins were drawing less than 15,000 (on average) to games. Even if they were chanting OLE, would anyone have heard them?
They were still clogging up the emergency line with their nonsense.
There are much more practucal things to focus on rather than pushing for an NHL player to be investigated. Which is a joke in iteself. When asked if any changes have been made to their padding, they replied no, and that there won't be until the NHL changes its guidelines. HAHAHA! They really care about hockey issues.
And yes, attendance is more consistent up North because that is pretty much all they have. NBA fails north of the border, as does MLB. And Canadian Football as well as NFL are boring as shit. So, who cares about attendance in the past, we are talking about now, and about how the Montreal fanbase in Montreal NOW are a bunch of fucking airheads... As well as the Bell Centre.
