Bruce Arians is a stubborn old fool

Insisting on using Rashad Turdbaghall when he averages 2 yards a carry and fumbles and almost costs them the game. Even after all this he stills backs him while Andre Ellington is well over 5 yards per carry and is better in every way shape and form than Turdboy.

My only conclusion is that Arians is just a stubborn old fool and will most likely cost the Cardinals a shot at the playoffs.

Are you guys aware of how the playoffs work? The Cards are two losses by any of 5 teams from clinching a playoff birth. That's one loss in 14 games. (Because the Cowboys and Eagles will produce one loss.) The Cards only problem is finding someone to play QB once the playoffs start.

Distraction? Or does he motivate his team. Because 11 wins with the injuries that team has had is pretty damn impressive.

As someone else said, it's a balls to the wall type of team. Those players seem to be willing to give it their all for this coach.

I don't consider it "at the expense of the team".

I consider it more as for the benefit of the team.
