Browns to hire Van Pelt

By all accounts, Van Pelt was a good qb coach. And now he'll be the OC in Cleveland. Probably not the best timing for the Bengals given that they'll have a new franchise qb to break in, but it's worth noting that both Taylor and Callahan are qb guys so maybe it won't be awful.
