Well only if Mason and his legal team proceed. I remember one year a guy poked another player in the eye but he never filed criminal charges. If it is a non-football related act, the player can file charges.

Well they're not. Once their players knelt during games and people got upset they did something. They hand out a 2 game suspension or whatever and then video comes out of a player cold cocking a bitch. All of the sudden p⁸aeople are upset, so they lengthen it.

The whole thing was escalated by Garrett horrifying Troy Aikman and Joe Buck on National TV when he swung his helmet at Rudolph's exposed head. That is the part that looked dangerous on tv. If that didn't happen I don't think Pouncey punching and kicking a guy in the helmet would have gotten 3 games. Guys in full pads and helmet punching and kicking other guys in full pads and helmet like Pouncey did is trivial. If Garrett didn't swing the helmet I doubt he would have gotten 3 games.

Had he been seriously hurt I could see it or at least civil court litigations (as I believe Jason Larue got on Cueto) but for a non injury? That would be softer than Charmin.

Agreed and if Pouncey hadn't thrown punches and kicks and NEEDED to be suspended then there's no way Ogunjobi gets anything at all. He runs up and knocks Rudoplh down looks down at Garrett getting stomped out and turns and walks away.
