Eric Bieniemy. Succeeded Matt Nagy as Chiefs offensive coordinator this year. May be too inexperienced at this point, but teams really like to hire Andy Reid guys.

Urban Meyer. Hey, he's big in Ohio.

Zac Taylor. He's the Rams' quarterbacks coach and, like Bieniemy, may still be too green for an assignment like this. But a lot of teams are going to want to try to get a piece of what Sean McVay is doing out there in L.A.

Teryl Austin. Bengals defensive coordinator. Another guy who gets attention every year but no job offers. His time will come.

I get that, but the Browns need to be done with the same ole rejects or usual name drops.
They have certain key pieces in place now and this next hire could be the guy that drags this franchise out of the deep losing closet their fans have been waiting a lifetime for.....

I don't know enough about any of them to say who is capable (or not) of leading them out of the wilderness...I've just seen Austin's name thrown around with other jobs.
