A lot of the usual football foods but the Denver area has a really strong hispanic influence. So you will find a ton of authentic mexican with Colorado being especially known for their green chili.

On the opposite side Atlanta is overrated for Mexican food. They are over saturated with restaurants so they became redundant. Granted there are few very good ones but for the most part not worth it.
