So based on the Ravens losing a close one in the playoffs last year I think my team will go to he playoffs and do well is ? U realize this is a sports forum and u realize ur team was embarrassed at home in the playoffs last year?

I have no problem you predicting your team making the playoffs. Lots of fans on here have predicted their team would make the playoffs. Heck I even picked the Ravens to make it this year. The difference is you seemed to want to pick a fight with everybody on here that did not think your team would do as well as you thought they would. There were plenty of threads started by and joined by you where you just couldn't wait to argue with people to tell them how great your team is. If they disagreed you told them to "get the sand out of their vag" or called them a girl or some other form of insult when you ran out of any kind of actual football comeback.

I mean you have to realize that your trolling and constant name calling is why somebody (and multiple people wanted to start this thread) would start this thread. The Seahawks are struggling so far compared to what people thought yet I don't see anybody starting a thread to rub it in their face at least towards an individual. So again I have no problem you predicting your team to do well. I predicted mine to do well and it is why I took your bet as I saw the Broncos as a better team than the Ravens with an easier path to the playoffs. I understand though that my team stands a decent chance of failing this year. Heck 31 teams stand a absolute chance of coming up short of the ultimate goal. You didn't seem to even fathom the idea that your team wouldnt' be holding the trophy at the end of the year. So now you have started to do just about what I thought you would do of just attacking everybody and every team possible because it makes you feel like you have a bit of the power back that you have lost because your team is losing.

So let me get this straight...Someone makes a thread puts my name on it. I am attacked by like who knows (dont care) many people saying my team sucks and I suck...then a few Dallas fans step in and both use injuries as an excuse for them being blown out sunday; the lamest excuse ever.

You step in and all you see is me calling names ignoring the thread title,the other team excuses..etc....

what would you say if I was on here saying the Ravens are losing bc of injuries?

I klnow what you would say and what everyone else as well and rightfully...so lets see you spend some of your time and write a chapter about fans that use injuries as an excuse...

Well lets see pretty much every team in the league with a top-10 QB that goes down with injury is going to struggle. They are the most important player on the team and have the greatest effect on the result of the game. Would you like the chances of the Ravens say Flacco went down for multiple games in the season? Teams have recovered from losing a good QB but usually they have a great defense and a strong running game to help cover some of that up. Even then against top teams they are still going to struggle. When you throw in 2 of the 3 games since Romo went down were against undefeated teams still today I would say even with Romo those games would have been a struggle but I would like their chances a whole lot more. Same with Dez Bryant in he is a game changing player in this league. I would say the two of them combined are worth probably at least 10 points a game difference. If that is the case they Cowboys go 2-1 during this stretch if Romo and Bryant are playing. Now yes that is me playing the "if" game and can't prove one way or the other. I just see the drop off in production as proof of the difference those two can make.

Now injuries happen to every team but there are injuries that have a more significant impact on a team. Look at the Seahawks defense with Kam back. Until this last game that defense with Kam was playing like the top defense in the league again. I would say Romo and Dez are like taking the top 2 players off of any team. They are not going to do as well in that situation.

cdumler7, for the record, I didn't use injuries as an excuse for losing to the Patriots. I clearly stated that Patriots are a great football team and that Cowboys would have had a tough time even with a HEALTHY roster.

But seeing how that doesn't fit in with tiny tim's scenario where everyone is a loser for not being a Ravens fan.
He predicted the Ravens to win the Super Bowl and now a lot of us are laughing at him. He's a ginger and ginger's don't have souls (so I'm told).
