I was also thinking the NFL may still put Brady on his ass on the bench .. If they wait a Year talk about Horse Crap !!! he cheated and the NFL needs time to think come on man .... I think he needs time to think about his cheating .

I'm still surprised that these type of things go to court like they do. I'm also surprised that these judges wield so much power. It says in the CBA that Goodell has the power to hand out disciplinary action as he sees fit. If I remember right the judge said something along the lines of "While he has this power I am going to overrule it." I don't know how when it is a signed contract that the judge can then go above the actual signed contract that both sides agreed to.

PS. Another reason is I went to Jacksonville once when I was about 20 yrs old. Never left the airport though. Me and best friend got drunk and maybe a tad more of some other stuff. I bought 2 bottles of 1957 Don Perignon @ $100.00 per bottle, decided we wanted to go to Vegas, went to airport but no flights leaving at 1 am, no Mexico so I told her " where is the warmest place to go at this time in morn?" She said Jacksonville,Florida. Jumped on plane, watched "Sleepless in Seattle" ( funny how I remember that), stopped in either Georgia or Tennessee, arrived all sober in Jackson, realized we were in big, big trouble, flew out in about an hr, had to route to Washington DC, and made it back to LA. This all took 12 hrs total. Flew clear across the US, cost me $1100.00 bucks for plane tickets not to mention the wrath of my wife,family etc.Nobody believed us when we told them where we were. Go figure. Not one of my most proud moments but by God I could tell people I went to Jacksonville!!!! True story.

That is an awesome story. Did something stupid, no one got hurt, fun story out of it. Success!
