How's that? Sanchez has proven more in his NFL career than Hoyer and RGIII. Now Kap is a different story. And here we were thinking they couldn't do worse than Hoyer, Kap and RGIII...They sure proved us wrong...

LOL, okay fair enough. but he carried the offense. Yes the Jets had a great defense. Sanchez can be an adequate QB with the Broncos, as they have a very good defense.No...he led nothing. They carried him. With a good QB that would have been a great team.

No, it's from my sources embedded deeply within the Denver franchise.
Meh. The Broncos basically won the SB with Trent Dilfer. Now, they just need to find a QB as good as Trent Dilfer. They're still looking.
What has he proven? He sucks. Pick your QB stat and then see how Sanchez did in it versus the rest of the QBs in the league in his seasons as a starter. Have you watched him play or are you just going by the fact that his Jets teams that tried to never run the ball and had great defenses had playoff success? RGIII's rookie year was better than any of Sanchez's years and Hoyer's year last year was. How's that? Sanchez has proven more in his NFL career than Hoyer and RGIII. Now Kap is a different story.
I"m wondering if RG3 is just done at this point...
Sanchez has proven that he is capable of taking a team to two AFC Championship games. That's a fact, whether you like it or not. Yes the Jets had a very good defense when they went to those two AFC Championship games, but don't foget that Denver also has a good defense. RGIII and Hoyer hadn't proven anything yet in their NFL career. What has he proven? He sucks. No he didn't. They ran the ball a lot. I think they led the NFL in rushing both of his playoff years. I remember one year that had both Jones and someone else i can't remember have good seasons.LOL, okay fair enough. but he carried the offense. Yes the Jets had a great defense. Sanchez can be an adequate QB with the Broncos, as they have a very good defense.
That's like saying Trent Dilfer was a good QB. We all know they went to the AFC Championship game, but not because of Sanchez and he is even worse now than he was then. For consistency I'm assuming you are saying Peyton carried Denver to the SB win this year?Sanchez has proven that he is capable of taking a team to two AFC Championship games. Okay, fair enough. All Sanchez has to do to be adequate as a Bronco QB. I never said he was a top ten NFL QB and maybe Elway has something else up his sleeve. No he didn't. They ran the ball a lot. But yes, the great defense gives Denver a MUCH bigger margin of error than most teams have.LOL, okay fair enough. but he carried the offense. Yes the Jets had a great defense. Sanchez can be an adequate QB with the Broncos, as they have a very good defense.
No Peyton didn't carry Denver to the SB win this year, but he didn't make any big mistakens. All I'm saying is with Denver's defense, Sanchez will be a serviceable QB.That's like saying Trent Dilfer was a good QB. We all know they went to the AFC Championship game, but not because of Sanchez and he is even worse now than he was then. Than Denver has to go out and get a couple of good running backs and control the clock and take the pressure off of Sanchez and the defense. Maybe Elway will do this. But yes, the great defense gives Denver a MUCH bigger margin of error than most teams have.
So can Sanchez if the Broncos surround him with a good running game.HSO: Hoyer could win 10 games with that Denver defense.

IMO Hoyer is way better than Sanchez. Hoping Dallas ends up with him as the backup this year.I think Hoyer is a cut above Sanchez. I know he had a terrible end to the season last year, but he led the Texans to a 9 win season, and the year before he didn't do terribly with the Browns...kept them competitive.
He's definitely a B or C list QB, no doubt, but I think you're right that the Broncos don't need an A-list guy to win games next year. They just need someone who will minimize turnovers.
