Why does he need to turn his life around? He's known by everyone as an exceptionally nice guy who is happily married with children.

Eh not bad. I would argue that Britt quit on the Titans numerous times and has been asleep the last 3 seasons... Walker referred to him as a cancer on a few occasions and part of the reason Munchak was fired.

That all said, he said the same thing about Cook who produced at a decent level for St. Louis last season. Britt might take away snaps from younger players but if St. Louis takes a 'compete for the starting job' mentality that might not even matter.

I dunno.. if this means Britt instantly starts I don't see it as a great move for the Rams considering Britt quit several times on the Titans and disrupted the locker room because of it.

Not just an 'all upside, zero risk' signing. Cook worked out, doesn't mean Britt will. I'd give it a C+/B- grade. Gets an A because of the money, but a D because of the fact that Britt might not really help them all that much. Yah I know he's an athlete and has a 700+ yard season but... meh? The other issues he brings, might as well forget it. Rams should just draft Sammy Watkins at 2 LOL. They don't need Clowney (overkill with Quinn/Long) and they've made it clear they aren't taking a QB.

My dread draft for the Rams (as a Seahawks fan)

#2: Watkins (just pull it, they have enough picks, they need playmakers)
#14 (I think?): Best OT on board... Mathews or Lewan will be there.
2nd: Best secondary on board.

And BLEH. Now they have a line (and if Long holds up jesus), weapons with Austin being able to move to slot and IMO Quick as the #2 (Britt can piss off as depth or practice squad fodder, I wouldn't even bring him in), and a haunting front 7 in Brockers/Lauranitis/Ogeltree/Long/Quinn + some secondary talent.

If the Rams go OT/S, whatever. Enjoy zero offense again. If they go Watkins... now I'm nervous. Watkins is elite WR talent since Calvin Johnson and with Tavon in the slot (aka Harvin type role)..... now the Rams are a HUGE threat on both offense/defense. Their run game came on a bit last season too. And if OTs are gone in the 1st, grab Clinton-Dix and O-Line second. Still same thing.

He's had like 9 run ins with the law lol. Head probably isn't in football with that kind of issue.

Thats just in the last 3 years. Glad he didn't come to the Patriots. We don't want any of Titans ex-cons. We want role models like Hernandez what up ese?

Who has had 9 run ins with the law.
Don't slam me HD, I've been a big proponent of Kenny's for years.
Some of those "run in's" have been blown out of proportion, others were serious brain cramps by Kenny.
He needs to quit making those bad choices.

I don't think they have the QB to take advantage of him.

I think the Rams might have Clowney fall in their lap, and then take the Falcons to the cleaners. Trade down and pick up an early #2, still get Robinson or Matthews early, maybe Evans or Ebron at 13, and then maybe Garapolo and a DT like Anthony Johnson in the 2nd. They'd look very interesting, real quick

For the price, how can you not like this move?

If he actually plays up to his "potential", we've got a bonafied #1 WR on our hands. If he doesn't even make it out of training camp, we're out a paltry $550k.

Low risk, high reward. May as well see what happens.
