Oh dear god, is he going to be any good for us? I can't help but think about all the leftover Gaints we've got. Jason Schmight, Uribe, etc. Ugh... I hope he has some gas left in the tank.

Wilson was destroying it in the minors for his warm-up. He only gave up one hit. I'd like to see him throwing at a higher velocity (hitting 93mph in ABQ). Supposedly, the radar gun in ABQ is 2-3mph slow so maybe we'll see him air it out at 94-96 at Dodger Stadium... That's wishful thinking from me, though.

Jason Schmidt was a good pitcher and a good sign, can't really help that he was hurt. You can't sign someone expecting their shoulder to explode. Same situation as Dreifort --- Dodgers just got unlucky that they signed a great pitcher and lossed out due to bad luck (via injury).
