. I thought Matt Flynn was gonna succeed in Seattle but Carroll knew better than me to put Wilson in.

I've said it time an time again, it's the system that makes a player look good, I'll use my boy for example, Reid ships him off to Washington and he looked liked shit. Granted he threw a couple dirt balls in his career in Philly, but there is no way he should have regressed as bad as he did in DC...

Of course. I'm sure Red Sox fans loved Roger Clemons when he was in Boston. Newsflash...he was a dick before becoming a Yankee.

No we weren't crazy about him here, too much of a primadonna, wanting other people to carry his luggage. Same with Pedro and Manny. Once they think that they are above the team, we lose interest. Team players win championships, not individuals. I like Brady cause he came out in th SB's as a team, has refused being a captain, so other guys can get that slot. If team wins he doesn't take credit and have heard himself to blame for losses

Half of the time its true, but what happens when a QB has like 4-5 different OC, and system keeps changing. Eli has to learn a new one and Rivers did last year. Brady had I think 5 in his career. True starters can be good anywhere ( Peyton, Drew) 2 that succeeded in another organization. But backups usually wont

True and that is where Cleveland lacks, since they turn over a coaching staff faster then a hooker turning a trick...

One thing the Browns have excelled at over the years is making the wrong draft day decisions. Especially with the 22nd overall pick. 2007: Brady Quinn, 2012: Brandon Weeden & this year Johnny Football. I just don't see Johnny Ca$$h being the savior alotta Browns fans think he'll be.

Thats why they need someone ,like the one that was on their coaching staff. in the Belichick years,Ozzie Newsome who has done a great job as GM in Balt . He ran Harbaugh by BB who gave his confidence, whatever that worth. Guess mutual respect from the 2 having worked together

Stability is the word the Browns have missed year in and year out, now was JM the right pick at #26? Hell I don't know, the QB class wasn't that outstanding, I will say this, Johnny will shock the world on the field and beat a team he shouldn't have, even with the off the field crap, he's got that "swagger"...

Browns as a whole, they need to stop the revolving front door on management, it does nothing for the city nor this franchise...

Sure. He is so much like Tom Brady he couldn't beat out John Skelton and Ryan Lindley for a starting job.

I feel bad for Hoyer. Dude spent his due time behind a famous QB and worked hard to ready himself....not unlike Rodgers....and now he's stuck under the shadow of unproven TMZ fodder.

Comparing someone to Tom Brady is ridiculous. I remember watching the guy play at Michigan and I didn't know what anybody was thinking when they said he wasn't NFL starter material. He looked like the best QB in the NCAA his senior year playing in a big boy conference. I thought he should have been a first rounder but everyone just wrote him off because of his HS recruiting report.

Yeah, Hoyer look like he could be good. He needs to stay on the field however. Best not to give JF any chances to get on the field.

The problem Cleveland has with JF is that he does not seem like the kind that can do well when he is bored. If he gets bored he may not learn much?
