see BB could very well be innocent of a crime at that point but when he simply didnt cooperate then it went against him . then they go in the car and bust him for every tiny thing

he could have been killed and for what ? a few misdemeanor charges , maybe a DUI . just simply cooperate and let your lawyer fix it

Based on the report posted here, nowhere is it reported the Breeland was one of the 3 seen smoking weed and

"The officer said he witnessed one of the suspects throw a blunt into Breeland's car."
