It's going to take more than two states with full legalization to put enough pressure on congress to do that but it will happen eventually.

I think the New England states are biding their time and watching how things work in Washington and Colorado before fully legalizing themselves. It's only a matter of time though, Oregon and California will be fully legal in probably less than three years, New England in less than five.

I think it's more likely to happen through a court case than congress. Federal drug laws are unconstitutional.
