Why? Because we lost our 2nd and 3rd corners while getting back 3/5th's of or offensive line and Percy Harvin is going to ruin us? I think you underestimate just how much Earl Thomas does to help out these corners. Everyone talks about Sherman but having ET out there patrolling makes all of their lives much easier.

Every team is tough at their house and SF has enough pieces to be dangerous for anyone. I've said Kaepernick is a dangerous QB and whoever we put out there is going to be targeted by all 4 of those QB's. Considering the rest of the QB's we have faced over the middle of the season those 4 are all top notch throwers. Seattle has faced some really bad teams over this stretch.

Giving additional money for play is against the CBA and is therefore against the rules and is cheating. The Saints did cheat, but it is irrelevant to the conversation except for the "don't throw stones if you live in a glass house" perspective.

Browner is an excellent physical CB against big, strong WRs, but he is actually not great in coverage. His getting popped a 2nd time is going to probably end his time in Seattle and by the time his suspension is over he will probably be 31. I could see him having a few more years of effectiveness after this point but probably not at the same level he has played over the last couple of years.

As a Seahawks fan, it is time to start cutting ties with players that get suspended. Browner should be done and cut, like Moffit. Thurmond was suspended most likely for smoking J, so I could deal with keeping him for the moment but he needs to be on a very short leash at this point.
