you dont watch movies ... because they are movies ?
it sounds like 90% of the people here have not watched it ...
and have come to a conclusion based on something they have not watched, lol
it sounds like men being stubborn burring the head in the sand refusing to listen
I admit I havent watched the movie, mainly because I find that movies like this are intended to paint a certain picture of a particular issue. The timing of the movie also was not an accident, as it was in the height of the NFL concussion suite. I also think to a degree its the new ADHD and it will not shock me if in the next few years, half the league will be diagnosed with some degree of CTE based on the fact that if you have played football for the amount of time required to make it into the NFL... you have had the old noggin knocked at least a few times.
This is in no way to say it doesnt exist, or is a phantom ailment. Just to say, at what point does CTE become the ailment of choice every time some one who played football and got their head knocked does something fucked up? Yea it sucks, but its not like there are not other mental issues not caused by head trauma and people dont get a pass either.
