I personally thing the 2nd Circuit court acted more like 2nd City. Almost like Johnny Larue was presiding over things.

Their decision was high comedy.

You probably thought the funniest part was where the judge said that after considering everything he felt that the evidence against Tom Brady was "compelling, if not overwhelming."

Pats fan/Brady apologist posts deflectionary bullshit like "this is about Roger Goodell, not Tom Brady" in 3... 2... 1...

NFL and Brady both are to blame in this.

Make it a 2 game suspension so neither team wins, and be done with this bullshit.

They tried, but TB would have none of it and when he won the appeal he thought this was over...not.

No...do your time now buddy!

After this comes the defamation lawsuit against Goodell and the league. I don't think Tom's gonna quit anytime soon.

Brady had the balls softened but the NFL's case is non-existent. Goodell can do as he'd like under the contract but that doesn't free him from liability.

And you applaud that, right after demonizing the league for doing the same.

So you're joining @Rock Strongo as the only two SportsHoopla Pats fans to admit Brady cheated?! :omg:

I missed the draft. Who did New England take in the first round?

But seriously, I think now that since part of the punishment has already been enforced (Pats losing first pick) it is something a lawyer could show a judge and say "see look, the Pats have already accepted some of the punishment and therefore they are no longer denying wrong doing."

I don't think it helps Brady's case to have the Pats lose their pick and accept that fate without a fight. It pretty much falls in line with what the league accused the Pats and Brady of doing.

The Head Judge of the Court agreed with Berman.

Seeing Wells said that he didn't need Brady's phone and was handed all the transcripts, what does breaking the cell phone have to do with anything. I 1 for sure wouldnt hand over my cell phone to anybody unless it was concerning a murder and keeping me out of the joint.

@HammerDown Brady is "heroic, brave and courageous!"
That makes two of you...guilty consciences up there in NE...
Pay me $26M per year and you can look where ever the Hell you want...

Yeah, he does seem like the type to bring as many frivolous lawsuits forward as he can think of.
I hate people that sue for Bull shit reasons.

Hammer, your constant violation of your own rule #10 voids each and every opinion you hold about the Pats.

All Brady is doing is creating a larger article on his Wikipedia page about deflate gate, thus smearing a stain that will never go away and making it larger. Take the suspension. I'm tired of hearing about you.

They didn't prove their case against him. Not even close to proving it.

Bullshit; the event would not be over if he had admitted guilt.
