I'm baffled...I really am. None of it makes any sense this year. It has to be the honor and tradition of the uniform that is keeping the Sox afloat. I thought they would be lucky to be a .500 team this year.

Why wouldnt you have faith in that lineup?

I thought from day one they would score. The pitching will crash and burn, it's what they do, but id thought they would hit

Seattle would top my likely landing spots...

Seattle could realistically get Ellsbury and Hughes next year... would make perfect sense, actually. There or San Diego for Hughes, anyway.

nava is a legitimate all star candidate...

Salty is having a career year.

The revolving door in RF has quietly been very productive...

WMB has been hurt, are laregly useless...Ellsbury has been a dissapointment...had you told me those 2 things on April 1? Zero chance I'd have thought they'd be leading the league in runs right now...

Yeah he has been pretty good. Haven't been able to see many games though, money problems, had to cut back on a lot of things... sports package is part of it.

I would think they would re-sign him but I wouldn't be shocked if they let him walk or sign him for another one year deal and then trade him (assuming he is still performing)

lackey is pitching with some fire and a grudge

buchholz seems to think he's the man this year

Lester is a #3 or #4 and pitches like it every fifth day

Doubrount is a decent #5

I'm not that concerned about the starters right now

Well im still shocked the Braves gave Upton that kind of money ...

But its tough to look at Ells or IMO Bourne and say you should be making less than Upton LOL
