we gave up 4 players for polanco in his contract year, including like $4 mill in cash to minn, and are paying him a little over $11 mill for this year.

he's got a $12 mill club option for 2025 so you know he wants it as much as anybody, but he's barely even getting to 2-ball counts. just fucking lost like pretty much everybody who comes here.

Boston is scratching and fighting like hell to get that second extra inning run and very likely the one they already have on the board is all it’s going to take

The Mariners are just not real good at getting that guy in from second base and extra innings
