Martinez could be back in the lineup tonight. A win would be nice so I can have bragging rights over my morning anchor (he's a big Bruins fan).

Why do they have Toffoli in front of the net on the 5 on 3 penalty? He is too small and getting manhandled.

Trying something different I suppose. Nothing else has worked with the Kings Powerless Play all year. If they aren't last in the league with the extra man they have to be real close. I've never seen a team have so much trouble getting the defense to move when they have even 2 extra skaters. Boston just stayed in their triangle and hardly moved from their spots.

I'm hoping this year will match last year with the power play. Stink all year and then get it going in the playoffs. Of course they have to get into the playoffs first. Their playoff spot isn't all that secure right now. They'd be seeded 7th if the playoffs started today.

Pretty solid game so far by the Kings. They just can't get the puck in the net. Making another backup goaltender look like an all star. Scary only being up by 1 going into the 3rd. One mistake and the game is tied. Kings should sure use another goal or 2.
