Star Lotulelei

I hope they take Floyd though. He is being way overrated. Disappears a lot during games. Was a 15-25 rated prospect when the season ended, then just shot up the boards. He isn't near as good as Richardson or Star.

I like Star and Richardson better, but I predict Floyd here.

I think it is likely they take Floyd, I'd put him at around 50%, but I'm basing this partialy on what I think they should do too, and I think Star is a far superior player.

Says who? I haven't seen one mock or ranking that had either player with a 1st Round grade or had them being selected in the 1st Round. Not one!

Philadelphia is on the clock.

My vote, DE Star Lotulelei

I've gone back and forth on this pick. With the Eagles switching to a 3-4 Defense I can easily see them going for OLB Dion Jordan. But Star Lotulelei is too talented and reminds me too much of Haloti Ngata.

Dee Milliner. They have pass rushers in Cole, Graham and Vinny Curry.

I will vote Dion Jordan.

He comes from the new coaches system back at Oregon, he is high motor and the coach loves him. Plus, you can't have too many good pass rushers.

I thought Dee Milliner was the painfully obvious pick. They have 3 relatively young pass rushers, no need to draft one this high. They lost both of their starting CB's from this past year, so they have to get someone to play that position. Easy choice.

The only thing that makes it difficult to predict is that there is a new coaching staff. If it were Andy Reid, you could be damn sure it would be Milliner. Reid spent a lot of cash at the position in the past.

And it makes no sense. Ask the Jets or Eagles how ponying up the dough for 2 high profile CBs worked. If you have one good CB, you are better off investing in the front 7 or something else. Or at least wait til like the 3rd or so.

The Jets and Eagles both have problems at QB. If you don't have a qb, your other personnel decisions are meaningless.
