What's the one big (semi-realistic) move that your team should make?

Anything from dropping a useless player for a number one pick to trading a group of players for that coveted young goal-scorer. Essentially, what's your fantasy trade?

I think at some point the Bruins are going to have to move Thomas or Rask. Rask's contract is up at the end of the year, and he's literally losing millions playing behind Thomas. Timmy has an NTC and is signed thru 2013. There's some fucking hard decisions coming up.

Before we traded Fehr, a 1st round pick. I'd much rather have Eric Fehr and a 1st round pick than Semin and a 4th (which they got for Fehr).

Now, hmmm...Probably a Center, 2nd or 3rd line so we could play Liach on 2nd line LW.

I'd trade Thomas, even if it would look bad to most

I gotta see him this season first... This season will definitely let us know if last year was just magic, or if he really has some fire left in him. Two Vezina trophies, a Conn Smythe trophy and a Stanley Cup all within three years... I would not trade that.

but at 37 compared to 24? It's about what the Bruins want to do, gamble on Thomas to continue this for a few more seasons, or keep Rask which seems like more of a sure thing than Thomas is in years to come

grrr.. this is not an individual award

sorry sly, just hate when people list championships to show an individuals value.. re-wording it to say 'led his team to a stanley cup' would be ok though.. just hate when people use that to argue who is a better player.. 'so and so won 4 championships, your guy didnt win any'.. :boxing:
