D - Because they have the highest opponent win% and average point differential, while also playing 4 top 40 and 1 top 20 opponents.

Ah, that's my bad. I'll still go with D, because that's not much of a difference and the point differential makes up for that. I can't get passed the 29.33 avg. point diff.
