jerrah is part of the problem. Does not realize his talent level is overrated. We have bad DT play, poor secondary play, and overrated linebackers. Add in a middle of the road QB who needs the perfect team to be effective and a below average HC and staff and there you have it. Garrett should have been gone years ago but Jerrah wanted a yes man and so Howdy Doody remains. Jerrah still trying to win like he did in 90s and forgets the rest of the roster.
