K State- Never imagined their D could improve that much. They looked really slow and bad last year.

Clemson because after the Wofford game i thought they would lose to Auburn, they didnt. Then i thought they would lose to FSU, they didnt. And then i still thought they might lose to Virginia Tech but they didnt. I thought Illinois would lose to Arizona State, but other than that none of their wins have been surprising, or even impressive really. (except Northwestern, because of Persa).

lol...i remember when good ol' Charlie Weis went to the New York Times and falsely accused Zook of using illegal recruiting tactics.

His argument? He was stealing recruits from Notre Dame and the Illini has only won one game. IMPOSSIBLE!

that's fair.

because i don't consider UNC's win over the Illini in the 2005 championship game impressive either...given that the refs fouled out augustine on five ticky tack phantom fouls, allowing fat Sean May to roam the middle.
