Pretty obvious. Take the big winners with new contract, followed by the guys who are firmly entrenched, follow with the guys who have just been hired and then rank the three who could go with a big losing year.

Not rocket science here.

I was surprised by that too. I could understand US doing that coming from the BE and being behind the 8 ball financially compared to most of the other P5 schools but...:noidea:

They cant afford anymore, hell, they have to pay off fat Charlie, who was pulling down $2.5 mil+ still getting paid by the domers!!
I thought they were talking Rhodes, but a new guy making better than $800,000 aint bad money. They just got bit with two bad hires in a row, so I cant say I blame them for starting him low and hanging out a carrot.
