the thing is the "better resume" line of arguing is bullshit. At the end of the day, it comes down to Ohio State lost to Purdue by 29. I just wish the committee was more transparent instead of just feeding the same line of bullshit every week

Texas offense is just not a great offense.
It is an okay passing offense at times, but there is no semblance of a run game to put any play action fear.

They need to get a better running game besides the quarterback runs.
OU has a little better running game and it makes a diffrence.

Cannot win consistently in the Big 12 without a better offense because the defense will eventually get burnt.
No defense can stop anyone.

OSU winning by 14 or 50 is no different to me as far as their resume goes. The committee should be smarter than seeing a team running the score up on an inferior opponent for style points. There are no Northwesterns in the playoff.

The committee should be smarter. That doesn’t mean they will be. I’m certainly not advocating for OSU, I believe OU has earned a spot. But stupid shit like this happens when human opinions are used. Ohh and there weren’t any Texas’ in the playoffs ethier.
