Had to be close. Kim's arm being in a cast for two or three months seems about right. What was the time jump in this ep? 8 months?
Jimmy mentioned something about a month to go with his suspension.

The construction boss mentioned to Mike that the guys were expecting the entire job to take 8 months, but they were only about 1/2 done. That’s why I said 8 month time jump.Had to be close. Kim's arm being in a cast for two or three months seems about right.

Have we had firm confirmation on dates in the past? We now know we are at April 2004 in BCS. Do we know dates for BB?
I read somewhere that they might make a show about Kim.I think season 5 will be that last of Saul, and the creators make another show post Breaking Bad.
Really?? Her character is not near good enough to carry a show.I read somewhere that they might make a show about Kim.
that being said, i'd look into it, and if they did it with the care of BB and BCS, why not?Really?? Her character is not near good enough to carry a show.
I would absolutely watch it (or AT LEAST give it a chance). I did not have high hopes for BCS, and it turned out better than BB.that being said, i'd look into it, and if they did it with the care of BB and BCS, why not?
that was me coming into this series.I would absolutely watch it (or AT LEAST give it a chance). I did not have high hopes for BCS, and it turned out better than BB.
I did not think so either.Really?? Her character is not near good enough to carry a show.
I'm not going to argue against those creators, he put out a great product time after time.Really?? Her character is not near good enough to carry a show.
I would trust him with a 3-hour show about a boat ride. Dude has the golden touch.I'm not going to argue against those creators, he put out a great product time after time.
Except for maybe Hancock (2008). But yeah, BB/BCS shows and/or universe is nearly flawless.I would trust him with a 3-hour show about a boat ride. Dude has the golden touch.
I had no idea he was behind Hancock. I rather liked that movie, though...Except for maybe Hancock (2008). But yeah, BB/BCS shows and/or universe is nearly flawless.
The aging has hurt him the most. The weight issue doesn't really bother me. It's a prequel and can be explained because its not like people have never gotten fatter as time goes by. Mike looks older as well but it isn't quite as dramatic.
The real thing that bothers me the most is Mike's granddaughter is like 4 or 5 in Breaking Bad yet she's apparently the same age in BCS.

I don’t think Mike is supposed to be a physical bad ass. More of a very intelligent cleaner/criminal from past experience on the police force.Mike looks A LOT older that he did in BB. Not much they can do about it and I'm used to it now. But it's a bit of a stretch to consider him the physically imposing bad-ass his character is supposed to be.

He's that, too. But he's physically imposed his will at least once in BCS a season or 2 back. It was against at least 1 and maybe 2 guys in a parking garage, much bigger and younger than him. That was the first time I noticed how short he is. I don't recall the other details. I'd have to look it up. It's no big deal, just something I noticed. Ermentrout is great in the role.
