Peyton Manning with no close second. When Tom Brady isn't surrounded by greatness at every position, Sunday happens.
Favre isn't top 20. Manning, Rodgers, and Brady all shit on him.
Favre is definitely top 20. Regardless of interceptions. He still won a SB and multiple MVPs and has the most TDs of all time. Don't know what you're smoking.
Montana
Brady
Manning
Young
Marino
Most overrated player ever. It's not close. His records are all the result of playing well past the point he wasn't even serviceable any more.
He just threw the ball and hoped someone was open.
Hey, if you're OK with being inaccurate more power to ya!
You mean like when Montana shit all over Elway in the SB 55-10? Yeah. High school player.
Elway is one of the most overrated players in the history of the league. He actually had BELOW AVERAGE YPA, passer rating and completion percentage for the years he was in the NFL. Not below average for a HOFer; below average for any QB from '83 to '98.
And Manning had a chance to establish himself as the best of all time, but he choked it away against the Saints, Steelers, etc.
Too soon to tell with Rodgers.
The only way to compare QBs statistically is against the average like they do with ERA in baseball. I did a long study to determine the best QBs' YPA, completion percentage & passer ratings against the average. So looking at that and what they did in the playoffs

They would have been better with Tavaris Jackson.
AD was the reason they were anything, not Favre.
