Hard to argue against Evans but both should be there.

Since Trout is still playing I think Dale Murphy is hard to overlook. Yeah hard to believe he played more CF than other positions.

Reggie Smith might be the best RF not in the HOF that also wasn't involved in a betting scandal.

EDIT: eh nvm, he only had 879 games in RF versus 808 in center... still one of the best outfielders not in IMO.
