Just not quite in the mood yet to get too deep in the mocks. I don't even know how many picks in what rounds my team has. How could I make a mock? Or anyone else? If we have a genius that can detail the finer details of the compensatory pick system, be my guest.

True,,,,,that goes for the mcshays and kipers of the world. Those morons can't even get the top 5 picks right let along the entire first round and deeper.

People have ridiculous expectations when it comes to these things. It is kind of like weathermen. While they are right a decent amount all people remember is the times they missed big time. These teams pay millions upon millions of dollars just to scout players yet they miss all the time. It just is not an exact science like so many think it should be. It is also why guys like Kiper and McShay who have an inside with most teams still struggle to get the top-5 right. Teams just don't go with what many expect them to do. Heck just a few years ago the Broncos had the 2nd pick in the draft and most had them going with Patrick Peterson because that was what most people had been told. They ended up going with Von Miller and many thought that was crazy since he fit the 3-4 mold better than the 4-3 we were playing. Most Bronco fans shook their heads at that one and well it has worked out pretty darn well for us.

Not in the mood yet? The draft starts next Thursday . Better get on the stick. My guess is you like to wait for the draft, then look up the players. Most folks do that. Heck I do that, except I do sniff around draft picks of need for the Seahawks.
