Don't think you'll find a better WR block than this. McCaffrey was a monster blocker

I remember this. And all the dumbass announcer talked about was Shaun "I have a free pass" Alexander. So dumb, guy is getting the best blocking in NFL history (yes I said it, Jones/Hutch/Tobeck, no tandem was better) yet the announcers treated him like he was a once in a lifetime RB.

Just love how Shaun lazily gets up and has a look like, "Dude Walt! You were supposed to block 4 guys! Not just 2-3!"

My favorite part was the defender asking for a holding flag on #71 after the play. LOL, that's not holding sir. That's good blocking. I know you don't see it often anymore, but that is how it was supposed to be done.

Couldn't remember the game, but found it.

That one on Free was a hold at the very end, though. Up until that point it was pretty awesome.

That's how it should be done... Keep that block driving down field ....

I like the Ed McCaffrey block, but a blindside block is not the greatest block in NFL history. The defender never saw him. The best blocks are ones where guys get blown off the ball for yards downfield.

had Alexander scored a TD, it would be the best block in history.
